HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY PURCHASED PRODUCT?
It depends on where you are located. On the whole, the products could take between 2-7 business days.

You can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out by checking if there are any issues or by giving you an alternative method. We don't want to get in the way of you and your apparel!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If a product is faulty or not what you expected email us at email@example.com and send us pictures of your product and what the issue is. If you want to get a refund, we can give you a full refund and you can keep the product as well! There is a four week period after the product has been delivered that you are legible to get a refund. Check out our shipping and returns page for the full info.
WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T GET MY PRODUCT IN THE PROMISED TIME?
This is a very rare situation but if this does happen, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see where your product is and help you get your product as soon as possible!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
You will get your refund within 3-4 working days after we have received the email and is within the terms of the returns policy.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES TO MY PRODUCT?
After selecting the products you want to buy, there is a shipping charge completely dependent on where you are in the world. After this there is no other charge. Remember that if your order is $50 or more you will get free shipping!
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once you have completed the payment process, you will get an order number and a tracking link so you can track that baby 'til it is at your door step. There is also a link on the shipping and returns menu that you can click. We don't blame you for being excited!
