Shipping and Returns


Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We do not do exchanges. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You can keep the product and we will give you a refund.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your photos are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 



Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

  • All orders are sent to dispatch 2-5 business days after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Fearlessly Pursue items are custom made. Normal shipping time is 2-7 business days.
  • Orders are shipped via DHL/USPS Depending on location
  • Fearlessly Pursue is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. 
  • Pre-Orders will be processed within 21-30 business days. Please plan accordingly. 
  • Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.
  • Hats and journals are shipped from different facilities. They will be shipped separately from shirts/hoodies.


  • We offer women & men fitted tees and unisex fitted tees as well as all sorts of other apparel. The women cut fitted tees RUN SMALL. Please consider ordering 1-2 sizes up. The hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run larger. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases.
  • ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 28 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY.
There are no refunds. 

Hats and journals are FINAL SALE.
Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals are FINAL SALE.
To exchange, customers must contact our support team at for return instructions. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first.
Items must be in a saleable condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting.)
Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply. 
  • If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.
  • Once items are received by our fulfillment center please allow 5-10 days for processing. 
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
